What! Dumbledore was gay! ... wait, I care about this because...

 
Didn't see this
until today (this weekend was busier than I thought). So Rowling says
Dumbledore was gay. Well thats great, why did you have to come out and
say it. If it wasn't apparent from your writing than you should have
proof read better. Don't get me wrong I happen to think the notion of
an eccentric gay merlin being the best wizard the world has known
rocks. But Rowling is really good at telling stories and weaving in
different plot's, hence her popularity. Coming out after publishing and
adding more depth to a character strikes me as lame. Whatever flavor
your adding its still lame. Why didn't you write the book such that it
was told through the story. What were you worried about sales or
boycotts? Well probably... thats the world we live in.
